A: We sell products from over 20 popular brand name manufacturers, including Champion, Columbia Sportswear, London Fog, The North Face and more. Please visit our Shop by Brand page to view our entire selection.

A: Yes! www.CCTaylor.com is a GeoTrust Secure Site. We use SSL security layer for all sensitive information transfers. When you go to check out, you will see the padlock in the lower corner of your browser lock and the 'http://' protocol indicator in the address window, will change to 'https://' indicating a secure connection. Q: I still do not want to put my credit card information over the Internet. Can I place my order another way?
A: Yes. If you would still rather give your credit card information to a person, or you need assistance of any kind, please call us at 631-377-3746 and speak with one of our knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service Representatives.

Q: What are you shipping options?
A: Shipping Charges are $6.50 for the first item and $2.50 for each additional item. Overnight shipping charges are $35.00 for the first item and again $2.50 for each additional item. International Orders are by Federal Express Economy. The international customer is responsible for ALL duties and taxes. All domestic shipping is by Federal Express Ground or Federal Express Air. Q: How long does it normally take to ship?
A: Normal Federal Express ground shipping arrival time is two to three days, if you are east of the Mississippi, and five to seven days if you are out west. The tri-state New York area is usually one day. Do not count weekends and holidays when calculating shipping time and also allow for a 24 to 48 hour processing time to receive, pack and ship your order.

Q: How can I check on my order status?
A: When you place your first order you are asked to register. Once you have registered you can always click on Order Tracking to view your current order situation.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: You will be asked to create an account the first time you check out. You will need to provide a valid email address and password. You can use this account to track your current and future orders.

A: Only for sales to an address in the State of New York.

A: We offer a 30-day, 100% guarantee on all our products. Items to be exchanged or returned should be mailed to ccTaylor.com, Inc., 44 Jagger Lane, Southampton, NY 11968-4822, along with your receipt, so we know who you are. Please allow three (3) weeks for credits to be received, inspected, approved and then reflected on your credit card account. All items must be returned with the same care as sent.
