Return Policy: ccTaylor.com offers a 30-day, 100% guarantee on all our products. Items to be exchanged or returned should be mailed to ccTaylor.com, Inc., 44 Jagger Lane, Southampton, NY 11968-4822, along with your receipt, so we know who you are. Please allow three (3) weeks for credits to be received, inspected, approved and then reflected on your credit card account. All items must be returned with the same care as sent. Any item washed, worn or damaged WILL NOT be honored for credit. Multiple purchases of the same item which are returned will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Any "unreasonable return" will be charged a 25% restocking fee. An example of an unreasonable return would be buying 5 black garments and then deciding you didn't like the color black. To avoid the re-stocking fees, we recommend purchasing one garment for approval and then making the multiple purchase. Another example of an unreasonable return is buying multiple sizes to determine the size you like. This to us is "unreasonable."
